How far in advance should I place my reservation? Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.

Do I need pet carrier for the kitten  ?  Yes. If your pet will get tired or want to have some privacy , or he has stop at the Groomer’s Office , he will need the pet carrier. You can let him out in the limousine during his Photo Session, or Special Meal . Usually kittens love to explore the limo and lay on the floor , we have wonderful Photo Shots of Kittens with Owners in the limousine.

What is your Change Policy?

 We require that all changes be received by phone at least 3 hours prior to p/up for US Orders; 6 Hours for Intl. Orders & are subject to availability. If, a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order. Reductions in the amount of time or vehicle size ordered are NOT permitted once an order is confirmed. Package Orders are NOT permitted to be changed to standard hourly reservations once confirmed.

Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card ?

Reservations has to be prepaid 2 weeks prior to p/up time. It can be paid by  certified check  to Lynn Snyder , L& L Enterprises , 1326 Furnace rd, Brogue , PA 17309 , money order or cash , we accept Pay Pal ( you have to add 4% of total for this service)
All Rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, addl. stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
